it's messy

 love inviting kid's friends over to hear them talk about how messy our house is 😭 hearing my kids say how we never clean. wah. I invited you into my HOME 😠 jk it's a little shameful but I'm trying to keep shame out of my business. our lives are still worthy even if our home is dirty. 

we even did a little bit of cleaning before she came over... but we got tired. got a lot of recycling out, wohoo! and it was actually kind of fun, me and hubby working together listening to music, laughing and cleaning. it's been a long time since I felt that sense of working together. I was hoping eating would energize me a little - even had a little more coffee! but nah I'm tired. maybe it's the headache, actually... I've been having a lot of those recently.

Oh! I'm going to write a different post about baby's implant appointment. different topic, different feelings, different day. you know.
